| DON BENSON |
Don Benson became the Executive Director of Three Trails EFAP at its inception on January 4, 1999. Don had most recently directed the Counseling and Student Development Service at Casper College for three and half years following the completion of his doctoral degree in counseling psychology at the University of Northern Colorado. Prior to this, he worked actively in a variety of community mental health agencies in Tennessee and Colorado, as well as university, psychiatric and residential mental health settings. He is Board Certified in Counseling Psychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology.
As a practicing psychologist, Don has an interest in marriage and relationship counseling, family issues, alcohol and drug concerns and stress management. He strongly believes in prevention and early intervention and thus seeks to respond to requests for service as quickly as possible. Central to his philosophy of counseling is the belief that it is a process for growth and negotiating life's difficulties, therefore potentially helpful for anyone at certain times in his/her life. He also enjoys group counseling and teaching on occasion, having been an adjunct instructor at Casper College for a number of years. He enjoys spending free time with his wife and companion, Phyllis, of over 21 years. |

| JOANNE ROBINSON |
Joanne is a Casper native, graduating from the University of Wyoming with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work. She has had a diverse work experience in the Casper area. While attending college she worked voluntary jobs with various children’s programs including the Boys and Girls Club, the PASS program and with the Self Help Center. Wyoming Behavioral Institute hired her as a mental health specialist and she was a child abuse investigator at Department of Family Services. She did an internship with the Natrona County School District helping elementary school age children with behavioral, social and family problems. Most recently, she has worked locally in private practice with Stephen L. Brown Psychiatric Services. She is currently active in the Natrona County Eating Disorders Task Force.
Joanne is a licensed Social Worker by the State of Wyoming and has experience with individual (child, adolescent and adult) therapy and family therapy. She believes in positive thinking and enjoys helping others develop positive life strategies. Joanne is active outdoors in the summer and winter enjoying camping, hiking, and downhill skiing.

| LYNETTE COTTON |
Lynette Cotton is the Administrative assistant at Three Trails EFAP. She received her BA in HPER from Adam's State College minoring in Reading. A Colorado native, she came here from Portland, OR where she worked as an Administrative Assistant to Larry Steele (Portland Trailblazer Alum) and The Hoop USA.
Lynette joined Three Trails EFAP in July of 2006. She loves to travel with husband Todd, being active in her church & spending time with their children and grandchildren.

| CANDISE LEININGER |
Candise received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology in 1982 and provided individual and group therapy within a county mental health agency in Pennsylvania. Upon moving to Casper over 15 years ago she managed her husband’s neuropsychology practice as they raised their two daughters. In 2005, Candise completed her Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Wyoming. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor and has experience with adolescent and adult female issues, stress management, disordered eating, and parenting skills. She values working with clients in setting realistic goals and expectations to allow them to succeed. She has worked with Mercer House on their Strengthening Families and Teen Experts on Divorce programs. Candise is adjunct faculty at Casper College. In addition to her part-time position at Three Trails EFAP, she and her husband are in private practice together. Candise enjoys spending time with her family, bird watching, dog walking, and traveling.
